EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION Gates open at 3:30 for all ticket holders. The Raymond Family Farm is located at 18 Ramstein Road, New Hartford CT.
PARKINGParking is free, please proceed up the driveway and past the garages into the field. Farm staff will be on hand to direct you from there. Handicap Parking is available only with Handicap placard.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY Please be sure to print your ticket(s) prior to coming to expedite entry.
DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE Casual.
WHAT NOT TO BRING Firearms are not permitted.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY In attending this event you are granting the Raymond Family Farm to include you in any photos or videos that may be taken and subsequently used in marketing or Social Media.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES Ticket sales will close once capacity is reached and or at 12 noon the day of the event.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT Tickets are only available in advance and online via Credit Card.
Food and beverage will not be available for purchase. This is Bring Your Own Food and Beverages.

REFUND POLICY Tickets are refundable for emergency or health reasons and/or weather cancellation.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY Tickets are transferable if you are unable to attend or wish to gift your ticket to someone else.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY If this event is cancelled due to poor weather we will schedule a make up date and/or refunds will be issued.
LOST TICKET? If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please do not worry we have a list of attendees.
